• He is engaged in elementary particle physics experiments:

  (1) Super-Kamiokande ;
  (Underground detector to search for neutrino mass and proton decay at Kamioka in Japan)
  (2) K2K;
  (Long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiment using a KEK neutrino beam amied at the Super-Kamiokande)
  (3) CMS;
  (The Compact Muon Solenoid collaboration of hadron collider physics using the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN)

• He participated in High Energy Physics research as a member of the Michigan CDF group, specifically in studying Proton anti-Proton collisions in the CDF detector at Fermilab. He was involved in the CDF top-quark discovery, top-quark mass measurement and top-quark kinematics study. He was one of co-leaders of the CDF top kinematics group.

• He implemented a parallel processing algorithm and installed a new level 2 trigger processor (using the DEC 21064 RISC processor, so-called Aplha Chip) for upgrading the CDF Run-I hardware trigger system.
